This High Performing Team-Building Workshop provides active discussions and exercises centered around a seven-step framework for creating an effective team-building environment. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the components that constitute a high-performing team and will be equipped with the essential skills and tools to build and sustain a high-performing team. Workshop topics include, but are not limited to: Team Dynamics, Collaborative Strategies, and Performance Metrics.
