Allan Schweyer has been recognized among the “100 Most Influential People in HR and Talent Management” and among the world’s top twenty-five experts in employee reward and recognition. Allan serves as a Principal Researcher at The Conference Board where he leads the Diversity & Inclusion Institute.
Educated as a labor market economist, policy analyst, and educator, Mr. Schweyer has contributed to the field of human capital management for over three decades.
